As a Corporate Transactional Attorney at Mazzeo, Song &
Bradham, LLP in New York, Maurice Hryshko specializes in
structured PIPE financings, business acquisitions, workouts, and
onshore and offshore investment fund formation and compliance.
His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions including
leveraged acquisitions, structured financings including secured
lending and credit facilities, workouts and restructurings and
general corporate governance.

Prior to joining the Mazzeo, Song & Bradham, Maurice spent
eleven years as in-house counsel at two hedge funds, where he
was responsible for structuring PIPE investments, investment
workouts and litigation, forming and preparing offering documents
for onshore and offshore funds, and fund governance
and compliance.

From 2005 through 2010, Maurice was General Counsel at Imperium
Partners Group, LLC, a New York based hedge fund specializing in
structured investments in public and private companies. From 1999
to 2005, Maurice was General Counsel of The Palladin Group, LP, a
hedge fund with approximately $800 million under management. He
structured, negotiated, and restructured numerous investments in
both public and private companies.

Maurice attended the University of Rochester and Bard College
and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in physics and chemistry.
Maurice received his law degree from Rutgers University in 1994.
